As we prepare for our grand opening on August 10, 2026, The Global Learning Institute (GLI) is already putting our mission—In Veritate et Scientia—into practice. This week, our leadership team finalized the curriculum for our "Reflection Circles," a core component of our Friday Chapel that will guide our founding kindergarteners in character development and leadership.
Just as leadership requires empathy and self-awareness, our students will be taught that being a "Global Child" means responding to challenges with curiosity and a commitment to listening. Through our 80/20 Spanish Immersion model, students won't just learn a second language; they will learn to navigate diverse perspectives with grace and understanding from day one.
In our newly designed STEM Innovation Lab at 3525 Hickory Hill Rd., our inaugural class will engage in hands-on discovery, learning that true influence comes from communication and collaborative problem-solving. We are building a space where faith and science meet, teaching our youngest learners that we are called to be servant leaders in everything we do.
Rooted in the belief that Christ models the ultimate path of service, our daily flow is designed to ensure every child feels seen, heard, and empowered. We are not just opening a school; we are cultivating a community of thoughtful, compassionate, and bilingual leaders.
We can’t wait to welcome our Founding Families this August! The countdown to a new era of global education in Memphis has officially begun.
